Tarragona & Sitges Full Day Tour
UNESCO Roman ruins including the Amphitheater and Devil's Bridge, Sitges' modernist streets and San Sebastian Beach. Private transport and expert guide throughout.
Your cabin price (Ocean View $1,700 or Deluxe $1,900 per person sharing) covers 5 nights aboard MSC Euribia including all onboard meals, entertainment and ship facilities, plus hotel nights in Barcelona on 19th and 24th October. Port tours and visa support are optional add-ons purchased separately.
Spain, France and Italy are all part of the Schengen Area. Depending on your nationality you may need a Schengen visa. We offer a dedicated Visa Support Service for $1,000 per person covering invitation letter, travel itinerary, booking confirmations, application form guidance and a dedicated support contact throughout your process.
The $1,000 Visa Support Service includes: a formal AWS invitation letter, a detailed travel itinerary document, hotel and cruise booking confirmations, application form guidance, and a dedicated support contact. Please note we cannot guarantee visa approval — this is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy.
All prices are quoted per person on a sharing basis — meaning two people per cabin. If you are travelling with a friend you may request to share with them. Solo travellers will be matched with another same-gender delegate where possible. Contact us if you have specific sharing preferences.
Port tours are optional add-ons not included in the base cabin price. You can book the full three-destination tour package for $400 per person, or individual tours at $200 per person per destination — Barcelona (Tarragona & Sitges), Marseille and Genova & Portofino.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment details will be shared upon registration. We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and travel disruption. Contact info@africawomensummit.org for our full cancellation and refund policy.
Places are strictly limited — register as early as possible to secure your preferred cabin type. Those requiring visa support should register even earlier, as Schengen visa processing typically takes 8–12 weeks before travel. Contact us at info@africawomensummit.org for current availability.
MSC Euribia operates a smart casual dress code in most areas. Some speciality restaurants may require smart dress in the evenings. For port days, comfortable walking shoes are recommended. The Mediterranean in October is warm but can be breezy at sea — pack light layers. A full packing guide will be sent to all registered delegates before departure.
